Delivery Modes

Mauritius: Postage, home delivery and pickup by kerb side

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Inland Express Postage takes 1-3 business days after dispatch
During peak periods, deliveries may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.

Delivery Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free delivery across Mauritius on orders over Rs 6000. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation message.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will contact you to reschedule. Please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery on the 230 52596020.
We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or refund.
